Unlike a lot of lettings agencies, we like to keep tenant fees simple, too. On arrival into one of our properties you will be given a pack of information regarding the property, including information on water, gas and electric companies, meter locations, tenants fees, crucial contact details and a copy of the inventory document.

If you are new to the area we’ll also provide a list of convenience stores, doctors, dentists and other local amenities to make the transition into your new home as smooth as possible.
