Having been disappointed by the lack of service that we were getting from some companies managing our own properties, we decided to start managing the properties ourselves.

It is from this that we discovered that there is a similar amount of work involved in managing a 5 bed house as a 1 bed flat. Having realised that the model was giving us and friends a better return on our investment, we decided that other Landlords should get the same benefit and so emmerson page was born.
